It is brought to your kind notice that I have purchased Mahindra Quanto C-4 from M/s Snow View Automobiles, Shimla in Oct 2012. From very first day the vehicle is giving problem of a noise on gear box. I have contacted M/s Snow view, shimla and brought the problem in their notice, but in first instance they even not diagnose the actual problem. After first service the problem of sound has increased. Again I brought the problem to their notice and send the vehicle for rectification, but they have not rectified the problem.

During second service, again I have brought the problem of sound in their notice, then after proper checking/ test ride they admit that the sound is from Hydraulic Gear box and assure me to replace some parts of gear box to rectify the problem and ask me to come when the part from vendor reaches the service centre.

Now till today I have visited almost 10 times for this very problem, but not received any permanent soloution of this problem. It seems that Quanto has some manufacturing defect in the gear mounting , and M&M should recall all the cars and change the gear box unit.

Mahindra & Mahindra should rectify the problem immediately, it is type of harassment for me , as I have spend hard earned money to purchase the vehicle
