I have availed citi cable connection under Happy cable Service at Hatiara, Kolkata-700157. There is a signal problem in every day. There is showing that service is unavailable and request for contact to operator, but cable operator is helpless and even they are not entertaining to me also. I am paying service package charge of Rs.215 in every month of 2nd and there is no outstanding payment but not getting service up to the mark.
