We bought 1.5 tonne Ac from Vestar ( Serial N0. D20********00650) on 9th April. During the Installation it was found that the front panel is broken and needs a change. Dealer said please send us a mail and we will change the same in 3 days time. For next 10 days we kept on calling him and he kept on promising us but they did not change the panel. ultimately on 21st April he said that we should call the Customer care. Customer care never resolved till date.below are the details:
9th April - Installation with broken panel & promise of changing the same by the dealer.
9th april - Mail written to the vendor by us.
9th - 20th April - several calls to vendor and him promising us again and again.
21st April - Vendor requested us to call Customer care. We called up customer care with promise of resolution. Complaint No. DEL21504210313 .
24th April - On again calling they said they are sending a person by the name of Harish.
24th April - On calling again they said another person by the name of Mohd Aslam will attend our complain. New Complaint No. DEL21504240579
24th April - Nobody came to attend but we got a message from Vestar that the issue has been resolved. Liars.
25th April - 5th May - We called again & again and they every time said we will surely resolve in 24 Hours.
6th May - On calling again they said that the complaint will be resolved within 24 hours.
6th May - Message received that the complaint will be attended by Harish.
6th May - Dealer called us and told us to complain with a new complaint Number. New Complaint No. DEL21505060050
6th May - we received the message that the new complaint number is DEL21505060050
6th May - We received a message that new complaint no DEL21505060050 has been cancelled. We called up the vendor he said old comp no will work and new was cancelled by him.
7-13 May - At least 5 calls were made by us and promises given by them.
14th May - Again got a promise that the complaint will be resolved within 24 hours with the new complaint no. DEL21505140127
