I would like to bring to your notice that there should be a seperate counter for getting platform tickets at dadar terminus. Currently for getting platform tickets, we need to wait in the long queue which is general for all the commuters. This is very time consuming. Also there are no electronic machines installed with the help of which we can get tickets. The security at the terminus is not upto the mark even though it is one of the main railway terminus.
