BIG TV - NO RESPONSE TO BOOKING IN JULY 2010 OF PLAN WITH BIG TV

I BOOKED A PLAN OF RS 1490/- TO GET BIG TV CONNECTION FROM THEIR DEALER IN THANE M/S APPCO MARKETING IN JULY 2010. I ISSUED CHQ IN THEIR FAVOR NO 404615 FO RS 1490/- WHICH CLEARED FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 15/07/2010. WE WERE PROMISED A CONNECTION IN 8 DAYS TIME BY ATTENDING OFFICIAL, MR KRISHNA. HOWEVER TILL DATE WE ARE WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE OR CONNECTION.
IT SEEMS THERE IS NO ETHICS LEFT IN BUSINESS TO TAKE MONEY FROM CUSTOMER AND NOT RESPOND.SINCE MY WIFE AND ME ARE BOTH WORKING, NO ONE IS AVAILABLE AT HOME BUT EVEN A 'MISSES U' CARD COULD HAVE SOLVED THE PROBLEM.
I AM CHEATED IN THE NAME OF A BIG COMPANY.
Complainant's Goal: EITHER RETURN MY MONEY OR GIVE ME A CONNECTION WITHOUT CHARGING EXTRA MONEY.
