NO RESPONSE AT ALL DURING WARRANTY PERIOD
MY 29 INCH COLOR TV GOT DEAD ON 26/9/2010 ,REGISTERED A COMPLAINT AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE,TECHNICIAN CAME THE NEXT DAY N TOLD THAT PICTURE TUBE HAS GONE N NEED TO B REPLACED.
I HAD 1YR AMC TAKEN. HE TOLD WITHIN 1 WEEK IT VL B REPLACED BUT SINCE THEN ITS BEEN 1 MONTH ..NO 1 HAS EVER CONTACTED..........EACH DAY WHEN I CAL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY MAKE US FOOL BY TELLNG .....THAT TECHNICIAN VL B COMING THE NEXT DAY BUT NONE OF THE PEOPLE RESPOND.
Complainant's Goal: I WANT IT REPAIRED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR MY MONEY BACK
