clear trip - no refund of flight ticket cancellation amount

i booked return flight ticket for my family from delhi to srinagar. but due to some reason i had to cancel my plan. so i cancelled the ticket. on cancellation, cleartrip was showing that after deductions around 4000 rs will be refunded to my account. since than 1 month has passed and no refund. i mailed them 4 times, called them thrice but every time same reply that we will get back to u. but no one answers me anything positive. please intervene in this cheating by cleartrip.
