I had ordered for gold and silver coins on 15th April'14 believing that it will be delivered with in 2-3 working days since it is a prefabricated thing but upon being informed that it will take 10-15days for delivery i requested for a refund after aggressive follow up almost every day i finally received an email on 23rd April'14 that the Gitanjali team has been asked to REFUND the amount.

Again they asked me to wait, today i am sitting on 9th May'14 but till date have neither received goods nor my REFUND; Nor any communication from them on my case so thought of approaching your organization for a resolution.
