VODAFONE MOBILE SERVICES LIMITED - No proper service and response from Vodafone Service

For the last three months we are getting trouble by the services provided by the vodafone network, as we have taken corporate numbers , and the plan as per the vodafone executive, they (vodafone company) activates plan which was not describe as the numbers taken by our company are corporate numbers this requires authorised permission from the owner but the company(vodafone) activates the paln without permission from authorised signatory of our company.If we have taken coporate plan , so its vodafone duty to maintain the terms(agreement), they(vodafone executive) tell something and activates something else.
After this the call came from vodafone executive that sir we will waive off the amount you just have to pay Rs. 1000/- and rest we will waive but now they are giving excuse.
My services on the number were barred over 1 month.
Please do the needful. our services had been barred from 4.00 pm today.
Our work has been disturbed and we are not satisfied with the services.
