Dear Sir,
Last year examination fees i had paid through online, but now that option has been removed from the site,

So i went to get the exam fees details from your ambattur study center on 08 april 13 , the center was closed, so the next day on 09 april 13, i tried calling the center, either it was showing busy or even after full ring there was no one to pick up,

So tried calling a no from you site after a long there someone operator picked and asked me to wait, i waited untill it got disconnected, once again i tried the same person picked and asked me wait, after a long wait it got disconnected again.

then i tried calling the study centers porur, Tiruvallur, Egmore the same response either it was busy or after full ring it got disconnected,

Its really frustrating after a taking two days leave not able to pay the exam fees and no help from the university, i have been trying from 10 to 10:45 am..

Request you to please help me with option..
