This is regarding undelivered of my first purchase from Timtara.com. with use of my friend Timtara online account.

Your help is required to get back my payment as not true replay received form Timtara.com Team.

Problem: 1. “Pending for Shipment” even 3 week completed.
2. No respond from written mail on customer complain on Timtara site (Dtd. 27th Oct 12)
3. Wrong commitment from all 4 customer care executive. (Dtd. 26th 27th 29th 30th Oct 12)
4. Customer Care Executive Mr. Pratik asked me to wait till Monday 2nd Nov12 and given complain ID 46058.
5. Make complain on Tmtara web site on 2nd Nov12, where Ms. Ritu has asked to wait for 5 days for delivery of product.
6. 06/11/12 Ms. Anju has asked to wait for 24 working hours (3 Days) for solution
7. 06/11/12 Ms. Nandani has asked to wait for 24 working hours (3 Days) for solution
8. 09/11/12 Mr. Gaurav has asked to wait for 24 working hours (3 Days) for solution
9. 10/11/12 I have canceled the order and Mr. Gaurav has asked to wait for 24 working hours (3 Days) for cancel the order (That mean 18th /11/2012 as per telephonic talk with Gaurav)


I have canceled my order No. 10335846 through mail & Timtara online portal on 9th Nov-2012, but still online status of my order is "pending for shipment"
Please find attached copy.

Today is 22 Nov 2012 and instead of receiving my paid amount 4399/- i am waiting for order cancellation.

I don't want any product form Timtara.com, Request you to help me to get my paid back my money.
