my paisapay id is 34********9,i buy the item on 07oct,deleviery date give by seller is 12oct,no information till 14oct about shipping,i call many time to seller & ebay,no confirmation,no satisfied answer,i like a football between seller & ebay,i raise a cliam on 14th Oct. to refund my money as your ebay guarntee as you show is below
If the seller hasn't entered the shipping details within 5 days of item purchase, your money will be automatically refunded to your original mode of payment.
In case the seller has entered the shipping details, but you still haven't received your item, even after 7 days of receiving the shipping details, Don't worry, just let us know and we will refund the purchase amount, including shipping cost.

on 17 Oct. I got a mail that my refund is initiate after this i got one more mail that ebay shipped my item on 16th Oct,after 9 days of purchasing,WHY what happening, I have called 7-8 times to the customer service toll free but everytime I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in next 48 hrs and the refund will be processed, I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes 11 days to process the refund.This means when I purchase from ebay i have to be prepared and take out time to fight with ebay,today is 25th oct i not received any refund & any item,it is totaly fraud with customer
ebay wil always support only seller

where is my refund,it is cheating
if probelm not resolved i will take a strong action against ebay
