I am traveling by 12423 Rajdhani Experience vide PNR NO: ********75. Experienced worst situation in toilets of B-4,5 & 6. NO FLASH IS WORKING. IT IS BLOCKED BUT ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENT MUST BE MADE IN A RUNNING TRAIN.

Complainant's Goal: To repair the toilet flashes and clean toilets.
