I bought a wardrobe from Home Bazaar, Mulund Nirmal Lifestyle on 02/01/2011 having Advance Receipt No. 2040007595.
However after few months of relatively normal usage my door hinges have become really loose, so much that at some angles it can't support the weight of the door. It's really disappointing.

However, it has been a nightmare experience since then. I would like to highlight the continual agony which I am going through to get my wardrobe fixed.

I am hoping that you would be able to intervene and get my wardrobe fixed with due compensation .

I have written a chronogical order of events. So, you can very well understand how I have been harassed by your colleagues already.

On 30th Novemeber, 2011, I tried calling the numbers 022 - 25621912/ ******** mentioned in the invoice to register my complaint and got no reply as the phones were going unanswered.

On 1st December, I called the Customer Care of the Future Bazaar, they told me that they cant help me as they only take care of online portal.

On 5th December, I personally visited the store and the security guard told me that the store has been moved to Home Town.

On 6th December, I called Home Town, Vikhroli and got a response that Home Bazaar is not part of their group.

On 7th December, I called some more no which I found through Internet and they also went unanswered.

On 8th December I called Home Town, Vikhroli again and got the same reply. But, I insisted that I want to talk to someone senior then they said only certain section of Mulund store has been shifted here.

On 9th December, I again called your future Bazaar customer care got a toll free No. 1800 200 2255 and this email ID.


May, I please request you to look into the matter at the earliest and please get my Wardrobe repaired immediately
