Sir,

1. I submit that I purchased an Air Conditioner from M/s. Raj Refrigerators, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh vide Bill No.44 dated 31.05.2010. After three months there is no cooling in the said A.C, then I have given a complaint to the above said Raj Refrigerators, Nellore, for that the above said Raj Refrigerator sent their service person to my house and he said that the condenser has to be changed and the same was changed with the cost of Rs.250/-.

2. I further submit that again after 4 months I have given the same complaint i.e., there is no cooling in the said A.C to the above said Raj Refrigerators, Nellore and they sent their service person and he said that backside mesh has to be changed and the same was changed with the cost of Rs.850/-.

3. I further submit that on 02.03.2012 I have given a complaint as the said A.C was not functioning and again they sent their service person and he said that the fan in the motor has to be changed and it costs about Rs.3,000/- and the said service person has taken the motor and now the motor is with the above said Raj Refrigerators, Nellore without giving any response.
