Dr. Tea - NO BILL from Dr Tea

I purchased 2 packet of Dr Tea on 24th July 2013. I received the items on time. However, I could not received any kind of bill neither during online payment nor when the items were delivered. I have requested many time including 3/4 calls and 2 times email. So far, I have not received the bill. Please help me.
