Dear sir,
I submitted a draft no.3865031 amount Rs.2000 dated 12/09/13 from Indian Bank Nainital towards my NMAT entrance test fee in Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies Mumbai in favour of SYKM's NMIMS Mumbai sent to Pearson.VUE 6078 DLF Gurgaon through speed post receipt no.ARV459259595IN on 12/09/13 applied online .Although university refused my draft alone saying the draft has been returned on 14/09/13 to my Nainital address which has not been received by me till 20/11/13 .As I have to arrange payment for other MBA entrance test, and university is not favouring me to return my payment back.
Being a consumer it is request to kindly register my application in consumer court & arrange the payment of my draft back as early as possible .So that i can manage my further test properly.With regards.
