I Vinod Kumar S/o Tarsem Pal R/o VPO Chawinda Devi Distt Amritsar Punjab India. I Transfer Rs. 10000 (Ten Thousand only) through SBI Collect in the account of NICT Technologies PVT. LTD as on 07 Sep 2015 for avail Bank of India BCA service. This process goes through Mr Pardeep who is incharge of NICt Office located at punchkula Haryana. He makes fraud with me they are unable to provide the services and even they are not returning my money. they make me fool from the last 5 months. I made 100 of the calls and request them please refund my money. But they makes me fool every time. I got too much harassment from Mr pardeep. When i call he speak with me very rudely and makes excuse every time. SO i request to you please help me to refund my Monet NiCT technologies PVt LTD is fraud company and Govt need to seal all the offices located in PAN India. They also have no fear from Police Complaint and Legal Notice They said all Power in their hands. No one can touch them.

I am upset due to their Misbehave and i almost spent Rs. 3000 on my phone calls and i get losing my business around 15000. I also need My six month Rate of interest of my Rs. 10000. Please help me to compensate the above amount.
