Mahanagar Gas I the above named on behalf of my client Haresh Hinduja having bussines by name sai furniture mart.
Carrying bussines of furniture situtaed at extension of building no 13 Dr. C . G. road cambur camp mumbai 400074. Would like to bring to your efficient notice that one Dube Dugdailya situated at DR CG Road next to Raj restaurant Chembur colony Mumbai 74, has applied for a new gas connection, i would like to bring it to your notice that the lane through which the said new connection is suppose to be is only 2 1/2 feet broad and the spot where the meter is to be placed will occupy 1 1/2 feet more . So the lane will be all the more conjusted and there is an emergency exit of Raj Restaurant and also the back door of his kitchen, and if the new connection is allowed it will add to the problems to my client hampering his business and also as the gas is highly flamable liquid and there being a kitchen would add more harm to my client and the people staying in the nearby buildings as it would not be possible for any fire brigade vehicle also to enter the said place in case of any emergency .

Therefore it is humbly requested on behalf of my client that the said new connection be not granted as the said lane is very narrow and it would be very dangerous in case of any emergency .
