I got my parents a Roam1 Mobile SIM for US (USA Standard 30 with BB). Super quick in delivering the sim card but that’s the best that they can do in customer service!! Call quality throughout the trip was unsatisfactory! Most of the time the sim showed no network! My dad had to restart the phone to make it work but of no use! We’ve complained to their customer service a million times but have not got any response from them. Very disappointed and do not see the sense of using such services now.
