I have booked flat No. 1958 , Wisteria, Gaur Soundaryam project , Greater Noida (West) in month of November 13 and for which 40% payment was made during month of December 14. This booking was thru Net Ambit and against this I had received credit note no. 1428 dtd. 4th January 2014. However even after more than 6 months of release of the 40% payment, I’m struggling to receive the payment mentioned in credit note.

It may be noted that during time of booking it was promised that credit note will be credited within 2 months of 40% payment.

Even after many followups - I'm not getting any response. Their representative ( Mr Sunil Kumar-********35) who sold me the flat is not bother to pick my call. Even I visited their sect 128 office , but no one respond.

I would suggest all that don't believe on promised made by Net Ambit as they are not atall trust worthy. Beware....
