DEAR SIR / MADAM,

I AM A CHENNAI RESIDENT.I BOUGHT A GENPURE WATER PURIFIER AND AFTER ONE YEAR WE ALSO DONE THE PAYMENT FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE WITH V.S.V ENTERPRISES,PURASAIWALKAM,CHENNAI-600084.PH:044-42176174.

WE GAVE AN ACCOUNT PAYEE CHEQUE AS THE PAYMENT,BUT THEY DIDN'T EVEN GIVE THE RECEIPT FOR THAT AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL SEND IT LATER. BUT THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN DEBITED IN OUR BANK STATEMENT. NOW WE GOT COMPLIANT WITH THE PURIFIER.WHEN I MAKE COMPLIANT TO THEM , THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THEM.

I MADE THE PAYMENT TO THE SALES PERSON MR.S. NARAYAN [MOB. NO:+91-********19]. WHEN I CALL MR.S.NARAYAN ,HE GAVE ME ANOTHER PERSON'S NUMBER MR.JOY [MOB NO:+91-********02] NOW HE ALSO NOT RESPONDING FOR OUR COMPLIANT.

I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS.
