Bangalore City Police - Need help from police for getting my mobile

I lost my mobile 3 months back, but 3-4 days before i got the mobile number of the person who is using my mobile through mobile tracker.
I request police to help me getting my mobile back .
I went to two police stations,but no help yet.

My no. is ********43
