Good Evening and I am Mr. Patanati Ludher resident of Chintapallipadu Village, Martur Mandal, Prakasam District. I am a daily Labour worker survive on daily basis by going 25 Kilometers every day for our family survival purpose by two wheeler bearing Number: AP 27 AM2874. I have obtained a Loan in Shriram City Union Finance Limited, Chilakaluripet, Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh by Providing necessary Agreement bearing Number:CHLPTW01230014 in 2012. After paying some installments nearly 14,000 is pending due in Shriram City Union Finance Limited, Chilakaluripet. 15 Days back I am siting in the hotel near the office suddenly 3 persons has come and seized my two wheeler and shifted to Guntur without any notice as well as Shriram City Staff behavior is not good at the time of handed over our Vehicle. They are forced to handed over my two wheeler. After two days I received a Pre-Sale Notice regarding Our two wheeler in that notice they says it is final notice your not payed on or before 7 days your two wheeler is go for sale. At that time I request the Branch Manager by Name Mr. Chowdaiah of Chilakaluripet, Branch by way of In writing the letter due to continues Strikes and there is no work since 60 days for me because of Separate State Dispute. It is every one knows, immediately he is treated me like a dog and other useless words in front of other people staying in the office premises. I request only for 30 Days of time for re-payment of my total; dues by Registered Post Dated Dt.01/11/2013 mentioned the same issues. Simply they reject and forced me to pay on or before Sunday other wise your two Wheeler go for public Auction. At this Juncture I borrowed the full and final settlement of Payment Rs.16,000/- @ 7/- Interest from my sources and payed the total amount on 03/11/2013 at 1.36P.M.(Sunday). After paying the amount the Branch Manager simply says you can go and collect the Two Wheeler at Guntur with proper Identity Proofs. I shocked and unable to answer to the concerned authority and inform to Customer Care of Shriram City Finance Limited, Head Quarters, Chennai. Till today they have not given any proper response and already 30 hours is over. Till this time at the time of filling the Complaint my two Wheeler is not received. I am loosing my daily wages as well as mental agony for survival of my family due to loss of my two Wheeler. From my place to Guntur nearly 70 kilometers and unable to go to Guntur due to Economic situations. The same issue informed to Branch Manager and higher authorities, simply rejected. If you want your Two Wheeler you can go and collect at Guntur Yard itself other wise forget your Two Wheeler. I am laborer and unable to go to Court of Law because of Economic situations. So I request the authority please kindly take the Proper and Necessary action against the Branch Manager, Chilakaluripet and do needful Justice for recovery of my two Wheeler with loss of my income since 7 days.Regarding my problem i am approached my friend for suggestion and made a complaint online with the help of my friend.
