Complaint by: Sukanta Das Gupta on May 21, 2016, 5:55 pm in Others

I, Sukanta Dasgupta, aged 60+ years and retired wanted some work from home to spend my idle time. I had submitted my details to ClickIndia and was phoned by one Lady (Named Rosy Dad) from Naukri.com. After initial discussions, i was asked to register my name by paying Rs.1050.00 in a dedicated account in the name of one Mr. Madhav Jena,( which I did on 10.05.2016 by NEFT from UCO Bank). Necessary form duly filled up along with my pp photo as required by them for registration was submitted by mail. I was promised that after 12 to 24 hours of deposit of my registration fees, I will be provided with the "CUT & PASTE" job. On 11th the Company provided me a job which I tried to complete by pasting the message as required in some pre assigned web sites. But I found that the message after being posted was bounced back due to technical reasons beyond my control.I tried to call the Company for help but was not successful. Next day I tried ti get some help from one Mr. Wilson through mob. no. 0********47 and was very rudely rebuked for disturbing him. However, the Company did not send me any more job, although I was required to post 35 ads per day. Repeated mails to this Office produced no result. Contact over phone proves to be futile as the numbers always seem to be busy! No call back either. I am now exceedingly getting convinced that I have been duped, cheated!
I hope that through your portal I will be able to arouse this Company from its dedicated slumber. I now want my money back- the entire amount. But if this does not succeed, I am hell bent to teach these people a lesson.

Complainant's Goal: I have been cheated. I want my money back (the full amount).

I have received a comment as per below which purports to 'advice' me on some specific issues. But the Company is silent as to why their name pops up whenever 'fastforwardservice.in is typed in the address bar. Or why did the first job (which turned out to be a spoof) been posted from their website. Moreover if they have received such complains from others as well, then what concrete steps have they taken to stop this menace? Have they gone to the Cyber Crime Department of the Police? This sort of situations are not conducive to their reputations either ; then what steps have they taken to distance themselves from such fraudulent activities? I ask Naukri.com to convince me in this regard immediately or else, they will be considered to be a party to this fraud and I will have all the liberty to complain to the higher authorities in this regard.
