Dear sir;

i had ordered a get in shape fitness belt size m item 13101 against order no 39029947 and wasdelivered to me before time as i was out of station my wife kept the product and when i returned after few days i was very excited to use the product so for trail that if it suits my body i tried only the upper part the tummy part to see the results and how it would react to my body as i wore the belt around 11 am i felt that it was rolling down after every few mins which i had to adjust by evening when i came back home i saw that the belt was stretched from both sides and got torn from both sides not exactly torn but the materail got stretched so next day i called up your call centre to register a complaint but they refused by saying that the gaurantee stands for 48 hours only still after my request he noted a complaint agaist complaint no 27720905 dated 8/9/17 ,as we have been doing lots of shopping online and all brands give u an exchange and return policy for atleast 1 week and in my case the piece has gone defective so im surprised that such a big brand like NAAPTOL can do this type of things.
i request you return the piece and refund my amount
