We purchased once induction cooker costing 2300 from them which they corriered us in bangalore.We transfered the money online. We recieved th machine after 15 days but it was in vey poor condition, all the screws were loose and it was making lot of noise. we called the representative named Deepika from ruby enterprises and after a long discussions she got ready to take the machine back.We corried the machine on companies address by spending Rs 250. After a week they recieved the machine and when we asked them again and again the let us know about the same. Now whenever we asked them about the refund of money sent to them they made excuses varing from we will send u cheque we had sent money will be transfered bla bla. then they berred our numbers. After sending lot of messages deepika picked r call and asked us to call Mr Sarfaraz who is so called director of the company. He talked to us very politely in the begnning and said he will return our money. we kept on chasing them for another 2 weeks but money was not returned.then one day out of frustation we send a mesg that we will lodge a complaint against them. Then he riverted back by saying that do whatever u want to money will only be returned when u will send the purchase bill that they never send us.We r really feeling cheated plz help us
