We purchased an E-Bike from "Battery Bikes, IDA Uppal, Hyderabad. We bought bike as it is environment friendly for which the govt. will pay 4K as subsidy. But we are facing lot of problems with the product.

Before Purchase: They ensured us for getting the subsidy. We were made believed that the mileage would be min. 40 and max. 100 at any case. They also guaranteed for any problem with the bike.

After Purchase: After they have received the total amount in installments, they are delaying the process of getting us back the subsidy amount. The Bike performance is too bad which actually putting us in jolt when we drive on road. It actually lost its objective i.e emitting of smoke, too much of noise etc.. Also we faced mileage issue, in which we are able to utilize only 15-20 kms approx. with full Charge. Indicators doesn't work properly. Three months later the purchasing date, we also faced the gear issue. The MAJOR concern was, they are not even looking at the troubles of the bike.

When we intimated the problem to them, they were reluctant. They troubled us alot with their poor customer service.
