Whaaky - my product is not dispatched at.

I have booked a product on DATE-15/12/2013 by net banking payment. through whaaky.com and it was dispatched on DATE-17/12/2013 and it gets returned back from Hyderabad to the whaaky and still it is not dispatched we had talked to them 3 times they told that the product is received to them soon so we will again dispatch it today or tomorrow THE PRODUCT CODE IS S********.

Complainant's Goal: i want that my product should dispatch quickly.

My Whaaky Order Dispatch no. S******** is not delivered till date. FIRSTFLIGHT Courier Consignment No :F********149,Date of shipping : 2014-09-10 is not showing in first flight tracking website . I have debited Rs 699 for Luck by Chance shoes.
Can Somebody help

I was also having lost of problem previously with whaaky people. But for now no issues cause they have increased there speed in delivering the products. If incase anyone is having any sort of complain with whaaky they can directly send a mail at customerdelight@whaaky.com and their executives will take personal action for resolving the issue.
