I purchased Microwave of LG from the site on 23rd Feb 2012 @ Rs.12990.00 through my credit card. For few weeks I didn't received my product and later they told me that the product is out of stock so my payment will be refunded to me in a weeks time.
Till today I have not received my refund and everytime I call on there customer care they say that refund will take 3-4 working days to be processed.
