I Purchased the Car Aulto LXI K10 on 3 Nov 2010 form authorized dealer Sparsh Automobiles, Pachpedi Naka, Dhamtari Road , Raipur, C.G. The dealer have given me the quotation on road price of Rs.350557 for Aulto LXI K10. I have paid Rs. 350557 against Ex-showroom price 321797, for insurance Rs. 10471 also paid for RTO Rs. 18290. Till 15 days they have not inform me about RTO and then when i made a call to the dealer they said that The Road Tax is increased by 1% from 10 Nov 2010. The dealer have not inform me any thing by them selves and demanding that 1% i.e. Rs. 3217 from me. My Vehicle is not registered yet and i am not able to drive it. If the car do not run then how could i able to give it for first servicing. The dealer said that take back the money for registration and do the registration from any other place. I do not want to pay 1% i.e. Rs. 3217 for registration and want my registration to be done urgently.
