I have bought a new Nokia mobile set (5233) from M/s Classic Business Centre , Shop No 9 , Plot no. 5 , H-Block Market , Sarita Vihar, Delhi vide Invoice no. 311264482 dtd 14/9/10.

On 6th Oct it stops producing ring tone . While contacting M/s Classic Business Centtre , I have been advised to bring the phone to them for necesseary action.

I visited the shop on 7th Oct'10 . During checking the phone , due to ignorance & carelessness the shopkeeper has deleted all my contact details which is pprox 1000 record.

First shop declined to take the responsibility of the misdeed but on insisting they have agreed but refusing for any compansation.

It is my official mobile no (********22) and the loss created in beyond repairable.
