I got the reference to Tricom Systems - Computer sales and Service in a pamlet along with the newspaper. Since this service shop is near to my plac, I decided to get a software issue corrected on my laptop by calling this guy.
I called him on 26th Sunday. This person came in the morning and I explained him the problem. He said he would try reinstalling the OS. I gave the laptop to him and he said he would return in the evening. He came back with the laptop on Monday 27th. I verified but the issue did not get resolved. He said he would reflash the BIOS and check the issue. In the evening I called this person and he said he would come within an hour. But he did not come. And next day I called him, he was not picking the phone. I had called several times but this guy did not respond to any of my calls. I tried in the night and then it said switched off. I tried today morning, it is saying that number is forwarded and the forwarded number is invalid and the call is not going through.
