Dear Sir / Madam,

i was working sincerely in a Small Software Company it's name called "Software Support & Management Services Pvt ltd" working role as a Delivery Head. I was joined there on August 2013 to Jan 2013. there is lack of issues on infrastructure.. due to internet problem, salary problem so that i resigned there on dec 26th 2013...

Now may employer didn't paid my salaries for November, December 2013 for last year.

I have all the proof in hand. I have all the paystubs and all the relevant information to prove my statement.

Since two months(November and December 2013) for last year is not paying my salary. that they said we'll pay 4th feb 2014. I am writing mail them daily bot no response. I tried to call him on his office and his cell is not even attending my calls. I am totally frusted, and depressed. Their is no response on my salary dues for three months. Please help me in getting my money back. this complaint is not for me only, to every current and former employees cry. If someone ask them then they are blackmailing in different manner.

Please help me & short out this...
