I have ordered medicines for which i have received torned bill on 3 March 2018. I called medlife for new hard copy and soft copy of original bill . I need to claim my medical expense from health insurance. My mediclaim file is pending because of this medical bill. First they said my complain will be resolved in two days. I called after that than they promised to take it on priority, again they demanded two days. I called again and they said they will take it on priority. Third time i called they said they will get back to me in few hrs. Again on next day they said they will take it on priority, I request to please resolve my complaint as i need to claim the medical expenses and my file is stuck because of this bill.
