Sub: Complaint about My Airtel Prepaid Mobile Number ********01 (Punjab) Which is deactivated (deleted) without any prior notice
This is for your kind information that i am a regular customer of airtel since 2005, My Airtel Prepaid mobile number is ********01. I am writing you today to complaint about My Airtel Prepaid Mobile Number ********01 (Punjab) Which is deactivated (deleted) without any prior notice and giving me error "Sim-card registration failed" since May 6 , 2013. Now, I don't know what to do? The number is really important to me as Its My Business Number and my all contacts through this number. I have registered this number with my Business Website , On line Banking , Phone Banking and in All Loan records. I have been using this number for more than 8 years I don't want to loose that number in any circumstances. If there is any penalties or any kind of payment have to be paid to start my Sim I am ready to pay that but I need my number back. I think you better understand my problem.
Kindly direct the concern authorities to rectify the mistake and recheck my Mobile Number and revert me back. Failing which I will be constrained to approach Court of Justice under various Civil as well as Criminal proceeding to get Justice due to loss of business in past days.

As par your mail i have submitted my documents regarding Recreation of my cell number +********7301 at following Airtel Stores :

2.) Mr. Varinder Kumar , Sales Head Anandpur Sahib , GSM :

3.) Kakkar Communication , Nangal ,
Mr. Vikas Kakkar GSM : +********6000
Where from i collect my Sim number , nobody and airtel store can not take it seriously , its was my business number , i am very much suffered, airtel gives me great mental as well as physical harassment for which they are liable to be compensate me along with the return of the amount of Rs 100000/- ( Rs .One Lac) due to loss of my business in past days.
Kindly direct the concern authorities to rectify the mistake and issue my Mobile Number in 2-3 working days , after that I shell be constrained to file a complaint against you under negligence, deficiency in service and unfair trade practice on your part , in the competent court of Justice various Civil as well as Criminal proceeding to get Justice due to loss of business due to disconnection my number without any prior notice in past days, at you risk cost and responsibility.
