snh - My 16 gb spy pen not working

Iam S.Narsaiah working as a Journalist. I Have purchased a Naaptol product with order number 1134233 and have received afaulty and not working product was 16 gb Spypen drive Camera which was not recording. When I contactte4d naaptol customer care, they advised me to send back the device and would replace the product. as early as possible the product is replaced.
