Iam totally deprived with ur service. I recently sent an EMERGENCY LIGHT for a simple repair of the switch and the same has been forwarded through ur authorised collection centre at KOTTARAKARA, duly paid a parcel charge of Rs.150. Instead of repairing the switch they asked us to replace the battery,which we have denied as their was no complaint on battery. Unfotunately the system received back with a weak battery and found the reflector has been replaced with an old one. Now the Light is not working after the service. A remedial action is solicited .
