Subject: Mr Sekhar & Mr Pradeep of Global Cargo Packers, New Delhi Blackmailed me a lot after taking My household goods on their safe custody (which were about to shipped from my temporary residence of Gurgaon, Haryana to my home at Chas, Bokaro, Jharkhand), Further they have given a pending delivery & my Luminus Inverter, Exide Invared Battery, 02 mattresses, 02 Gathri with lots of brand new & old clothings, 04-05 Blankets & beddings, 02 mixed items carton boxes, Cooler stand & Cooler pad etc were missing. now it's been more then a month and they are not giving my above mentioned items & not picking our phone calls at all.



Dear Sir / Ma'm,

I would like to bring it in your notice regarding the issue of my missing house hold items (Luminus Inverter, Exide Invared Battery, 02 mattresses, 02 Gathri with lots of brand new & old clothings, 04-05 Blankets & beddings and 02 mixed items carton boxes , Cooler stand, Cooler pad etc.), these items (along with my overall house hold items) were shipped (As I Re-located to my home at Chas from Gurgaon) from 2nd Floor, 409, Saraswati Vihar, M.G. Road, Gurgaon, (Haryana) on 11th December2014 through Global Cargo Packers Pvt Ltd, New Delhi(Address: Plot no-124, Ground Floor, Secter-27, Dwarka, New Delhi-110077), but above mentioned items were missing, which is accepted (saying that all the missing items are in the safe custody of Global Cargo Packers and missed to ship due to some mistake at their end) by Mr Sekhar Tawla (The concern person of Global Cargo Packers, New Delhi) over the telephonic communication with a Police Officer (From Chas Thana, Bokaro) and in the same telephone call he (Mr Sekhar) committed to your officer that within next 01 hour he will e-mail the insurance copy of Rs 70, 000 amount to my e-mail id (uttam_kumar@myself.com) and within next 04 days he will deliver us the missing items at our home at Chas (That telephonic conversation is recorded and same has been informed to Mr Sekhar in the same call / this call were made to Mr Sekhar on the mobile no 0********03 from my mobile no 0********35). But till now the insurance copy is not e-mailed. Further we suspect that if they are not going to deliver us the missing items now.

Here I would bring the matter in detail to you that, I got the reference of Global cargo Packers through Just dial services, New Delhi and Mr Sekhar of Global Cargo Packers, New Delhi were visited to my residence (rented) at Gurgaon twice and he had finalized the deal (to sift my overall household items from my Gurgaon residence to my home at Chas, Bokaro) at INR 21000/- only and he agreed & finalized that he will include a insurance of Rs 70,000 as well and he committed that the insurance copy will be e-mailed to me within 02 hrs of picking my households. Accordingly Mr Sekhar & Mr Pradeep Kumar (As they had told their name to us) of Global Cargo Packers came to our residence (at Gurgaon) on 11th December 2014 with 03 labors and packed & picked my each & every house hold goods at around 07PM of that day, before leaving my house they (Mr Sekhar Tawla & Mr Pradeep Kumar) insist me to give 50 percent of the total amount in cash and accordingly I gave them a cash amount of Rs.10500/- but they managed to pressurize me & they didn’t gave me any receipt of that amount (Rs.10500/- ) as me & my family were extreme pressurized & hurry at that time as within next 02-03 hrs we should have reached to New Delhi Railway station to catch & borad our train (Purushottam Express / 12802 / 11Dec2014). However I have a call recording in which Mr Sekhar has accepted that he had taken a cash amount of Rs 10500/- from me before picking my household goods. Further they said me to give a Post Dated Check of Rs 10500/- (Rest 50 % of the amount) and accordingly I did that.
The story begin when they did not e-mailed me the insurance copy till next day evening. After which they were rarely picking up my phone calls and till next few days they were saying that they will e-mail me the insurance copy today evening, tomorrow and so on, but I never got the insurance copy from them. Further they started to blackmail me for money saying that transfer the money in our bank A/C and they warned me if I’ll not transfer them the money they will not give my house hold goods and they said we will burn up your goods (They said & threatened me that, You can even go to Narendra Modi and we don’t care at all) I have the recording of maximum of the telephonic conversation with them. Finally I became pressurized and seeking no alternate way I had to transfer them an amount of Rs 16000 to their (Global Cargo Packers) Company bank A/C 13********00096 (Corporation Bank Rajokari, New Delhi / IFSC Code – CORP0001384) from my ICICI Bank A/C No- 0********989 through NEFT. After receiving that amount they said that you will get your goods by today evening, again evening they said you will get it by tomorrow morning and then again they said you will get it after 03 days. Further after 03 days they said me to transfer another amount of Rs 11500/-, again I transferred Rs 11500/- in the same bank A/C on 26December2014 as they were blackmailing me. After getting that amount on 26December2014, they delivered some of my household goods at Friday (After a week / 02January2014) morning, but above mentioned goods (Luminus Inverter, Exide Invared Battery, 02 mattresses, 02 Gathri with lots of brand new & old clothings, 03-04 Blankets & beddings and 02 mixed items carton boxes, Cooler stand etc.) were missing on that truck. The missing items are listed separately on the bilty copy and the same is attested by that truck driver (Mr Manoj Kumar).
Now Sekhar & Pradeep has swiched their all phones off.

Regarding this matter I would like to request you to take all the necessary & requisite lawful actions in the earliest possible time line. I am an handicapped person & currently jobless also and looking forward for a justice from you. I am attching some of the proofs / documents regarding the issue herewith for your kind reference.
