Hon Mr Chief Minister ,

It has been over 4 months since you assumed power in Maharashtra . What have you done ? we undertand that the Aadarsh scam was the reason why you came here and you need to create a perception of clean government , but what we see is PAUSE in adminsitration .

No files are moving
No policy decisions are being taken, you are sitting on the files

We can understand your need to be cautious but a PAUSE is unacceptable , Mumbai needs results . Other than going after builders and adding fuel to the fire of already high property prices what have you achieved till now ?

You have a BMC commisioner who is going after builders , you are going after builders is that the only agenday you have . Do you know the results of your actions ? do you know that all residential projects in the city have come to a halt ? Do you know that final impact will be felt by the Aam Admi ? (the very one you aim to represent ) .

Can you do something to reduce property prices in Mumbai ? can you give us better infrastructure ? can you give us development ? can you get investors to our city with confidence of sustained support ?

Please get out of PAUSE mode .
