Below is an email which I wrote to them a month back and have still not received any resolution.
Today i called their Director Uday Bisht and he said it is fine if I decide not to visit their workshop again.
What a pity this workshop will not last long. I would urge Maruti guys to cancel their license.
"I went to your Sec-63 worshop on 13th June 2010 to get my Frender and front bumper repaired. I had to claim insurance for that. Your employee Jitender attended the query and got all the documents photo-copied (viz, RC, Insurance and DL)and egts the form signed by me as well. After that he told me that the parts are not available and the workshop would be receiving thatin 2 days time by 15th June 2010 and that he would call me up to drop my car. I did not received call on 15th and instead I called on 16th to enquire but he said the same thing.
1 week passed by and I did not received any call after which I called your Customer Care Manager Rashmi on 21st and she promised that she will look into the matter and will call me back, but again 1 wek passed by and I did not received any call from her as well.
I called Jitender again on Monday, 28th and again he said the same thing that parts are not available.
Problem here is none of your employees have the courtesy to call the customer and update regarding the status of their query. I am following up with them regarding the same since last 20 days and none of them care to respond back.
I am really frustrated now and will not be using your workshop anymore. Samething hppened with my friend as well a few days back when the car was not serviced well. He has also stopped visiting your workshop. This is a very sorry situation and you know how word of mouth bad spreads in the company."
