Most pathetic services --- we were traveling to the US and my husband bought a clay international sim for using it there. We had specially told them that we would be staying mostly in Florida so we need a number accordingly. When we got there and activated the number it said we would have to call our customer care to activate it. While we were told it's a pre activated post paid sim, we still called the customer care back in India only to realise that the sim carried a Louisiana number instead Florida. They were not ready to help us with changing the number and it was a total waste for us to carry that international sim. If these guys can't even get their numbers straight, what's the point. They would have conveniently billed us heavily on it's usage and blamed it on us. Total let downÂ
