I No. F/3400251A Rfn/WC Upendra Rai of 34 Assam Rifles was enrolled into this magnificent force, Assam Rifles, on 15 May 1985 and after performing 23 Years of my sincere service to this organization, I was discharge from service with an discharge certificate bearing Ser No. 178 on 01 May 2009. On 23 Apr 2009, department issued me an Identity Card bearing Ser No 15700. Since then, till now i.e 15 July 2011 I did not received the pension book neither monthly stipend /pension amount from the Bank, I am holding an account bearing No. 30532741350 in the State Bank of India bearing Code No. 10775 at Bhagwanpur, Vaishalli, Bihar.

Presently I am running under critical circumstances, please get me rid off my problem, I would ever be grateful to you for your act of kindness.
