Dear Sir,

While booking ticket from https://www.indianrailways.gov.in , my transaction failed and ticket not booked but amount has been deducted from my account.

After so many times I called but no response and no body is giving me the perfect answer as when my money will back to my account.

Its allreay 15 days over and i m struglling for money.



Below are the transaction which has been failed but amoutn has been debited from my card.

Request you to look into the matter as soon as possible and refund the debited amount .
