I am a itz cash card consumer,MY card number is 4********087.on the date of 10/04/2010 i have paid Rs 600 INR through my itz cash card to vodafone postpaid.MY vodafone postpaid mobile no is ********99.at the time transaction was failed,so i have no transaction ID.My itz cash card status shows that money was deduct through my itz account,but vodafone postpaid office says no money reached to them.Please help me for more better future relationship between itz team & me.pls send me an email on my email id how this problam is solve or may i forget my Rs 600 INR.Regards Santosh Mishra.
