the consultancy is run by manish kumar. he took 10lacs from me regarding admission in a postgraduate course in one of the medical colleges in karnataka. He said 3 lacs was his consultation charge and 7 was for the college fee. but later i found out these all are fake. He told me the procedures how he was going to do it & I denied. its been a year i havent got my refund. 5 lacs i gave through cheque and i have his photos. please tell me how can i sue him???
