NON DELIVERY OF PRODUCT FOR A MONTH
I ORDERED AN IFB MICROWAVE OVEN FROM HOMESHOP18 THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE homeshop18.com ON 7TH OF NOVEMBER 2009

ORDER NUMBER: ********6
PRODUCT: IFB 20 Ltr Grill Microwave Model No: 20PG3S

AND THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME WAS MENTIONED AS 7-14 DAYS.

BUT TILL DATE ( 9.12.2009) I HAVENT RECIEVED THE PRODUCT.
EVERY TIME I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE I GOT A REPLY THAT THE PRODUCT WOULD BE SHIPPED WITHIN 24 OR 48 HOURS.
THE PEOPLE AT HOMESHOP18 IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AND NOW THEY SAY THE PRODUCT HAS REACHED MY CITY AND TODAY THEY ASK ANOTHER 48HOURS TIME.

NOW I FEAR THAT WHETHER MY PRODUCT WOULD EVER BE DELIVERED ??

I DONT KNOW WHETHER I WOULD GET THE PRODUCT OR MY MONEY BACK.
BUT I WANT TO SPREAD THIS NEWS AND PREVENT MORE AND MORE PEOPLE GETTING CHEATED .

I have placed an order (order number: ******** dated 18-Oct-2018) for Bergner 6 Pcs Kitchen Knife Set KH-8810 through their website Homeshop18.com. Expected delivery date was by 22-Oct-2014. But till today (29-Oct-2014) the product is not delivered to me.
Every time Customer Care Representative committed me that the order stage is ready to dispatch and will be reached within 48 hours. Surprised to see that dispatch date is not appearing in the order status page. They are not agreeing to cancel the order nor refund my money also. Their reply: "The order stage is ready to dispatch and hence cancellation is not possible now". I don't know how long they'll be doing business like this by cheating people. Now I fear that whether my product would ever be delivered? I don’t know whether I would get the product or my money back. But I want to spread this news and prevent more and more people getting cheated.
