Respected Sir/Madam,
I have an issue related to my samsung galaxyS I9003,the problem is that phone has very poor or we can say that zero battery backup and it became very hot either browsing or calling for more than 5 mins.It also shows charging continuously while charger is'nt plugged in.I have 5 months warranty ,so i decided to visit samsung care center.I visited samsung care center at city center patiala,they told me to leave the phone there for a week and i did so ,but still i am facing the same problems.Samsung care at city center patiala made me fool by wasting my time and transportation fares.
But now i am thinking of registering a complaint at consumer court.
