on04/01/2011 i have lost my mobile and same dame day i;ve register a complaint the casse with concerned athorities ,when i called the mobile company customer care of samsung mobiles to lock my mobile phone through imei number they have said that not possible and police also said we cant lock the ,then why we can buy imei applied mobile with imei number is not having any mean to a individual person or a customer,i demand from company that they have to lock my cell or compansate me and whole customers.
