Dear traffic police team,

two days back on 11th of march 2014 when i was on signal near sultan bazar police station and was taking on phone on red signal.suddenly a police constable came to me and took my bike keys. then i parked my bike nad to him and he started asking me kya hai apke paas?? i told him lets go to main sub inspector or CI i dont no how he was. when i approched him he directly told me that my challen is 100 rupees. i asked him what for? he said mobile driving is 1000. as i was in hurry i paid 1000 rupees to him. but when i came back and searched on net about mobile driving Challan in traffic police web site it says maximum challan for mobile driving is 500. then how come they charged me 1000??
my challan recepit number is 341554. sultan bazar police station hyd AP. please let me know what went worng as soon as posible.
